Not Just a Christmas Word

Tomorrow we celebrate Christmas; Sunday begins for many people the anticipation of next year’s Christmas season. As we get ever closer to tearing another page off the calendar it would be easy to pack up the celebration of Christ’s birth along with the Christmas trees and wrapping paper. We should be reminded however, that Immanuel is not just a Christmas word. The reality of God being with us is one that should affect every fiber of our being throughout every circumstance and season of our life.
