In Psalm 131, David writes that he calmed and quieted his soul. A calm, quiet soul? Sign me up! It is easy for our hearts to feel anxious as we encounter the various forms of turbulence in our lives. This short psalm helps us diagnose one of the causes for unrest in our souls while also pointing us on a path to enjoy the peace and contentment that God has for us.
