Do I Have Enough?

We have all experienced the stress, fear and anger from feeling like we don’t have enough. Just like the disciples in Matthew 16:5-12, we can miss what Jesus has for us in the moment because of our preoccupation with our perceived unmet needs. We can be tempted to disengage from our calling to participate in God’s mission because we feel like a squeezed-out sponge with nothing more to give. Do I have enough? In this passage Jesus removes the burden of “Do I have enough?” with a call to remember who He is and what He has done.
